I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Craig Husar’s shopping for an engagement ring. Alissa and the entire team were phenomenal to work with from start to finish, which included taking the time to answer questions via text message on a day off.

It doesn’t take long to notice that Craig Husar’s has an entirely different atmosphere from most jewelers you encounter. What I appreciated the most was how respected I felt. Alissa never once tried to convince us to increase our budget or pressure us into a decision we didn’t feel comfortable making (and it took me over a week to make a decision!) which wasn’t my experience at other stores.

In fact, Alissa went above and beyond to make sure I found a ring that I absolutely loved within our budget. When I explained to Alissa that I didn’t want to see a carat size outside of our budget so as to not fall in love with something we couldn’t afford, she completely understood. But this is where Husar’s went above and beyond: Alissa and Peter worked together to find me the next carat size within our budget, which was the last thing I was expecting. I really appreciated the opportunity to see that ring on my finger even if I ultimately decided it wasn’t the one I wanted. Not only did it help me feel confident in solidifying the ring I did want, but it made me feel like Husar’s genuinely wanted me happy and wasn’t just trying to make a sale.

Peter’s knowledge of their inventory is exceptional. With one photo reference, he helped me find a setting and band that was nearly identical to the one I wanted… and then worked to make tiny adjustments to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.

Being a "Lyle Husar" Bride is an honor in itself! This jewelry store is family oriented filled with compassionate experts and granting couples a beautiful experience. My wonderful fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Lyle Husar back in October and when that big moment took place in December, I was in awe of how beautiful a ring he picked. When picking out my ring, he stated the staff listened and were by his side finding one that fit my personality and taste. Going to the store for the first time to see if my ring needed any changes and trying on bands, my fiancé couldn't have picked a better place! The cleanliness, detail-oriented show room and warm atmosphere stood out; I knew we would be in good hands for this Wedding Planning chapter. It was such a humbling experience meeting Craig Husar and talking all things wedding with the owner himself. Having Craig take a step back from his busy day asking about our lives and fun plans coming up - I feel very appreciated and endless support. But wait, I NEED to talk about our sales associate Jennifer Tromp - oh my gosh! Where do I even begin? Jennifer is: kind-hearted, genuine, a wonderful listener and might I add ridiculously funny. From trying on bands to actually finding the perfect band (yes we found the bands that went with my style and I think we shook the floor with how loud we screamed) she made this part of planning non-stressful and just fun! Craig Husar's variety and selection of natural diamonds, wedding rings, and wedding bands is unmatched. My fiance and I, when shopping for rings, toured many different Jewelry stores in the Milwaukee area, but none offered the variety of styles and options that Craig Husar's has.

Our Jewelry Advisor, Ramiah, was wonderful to work with throughout the process. She started off by showing us the "Engage Bar" and from there we were able to customize my fiances wedding ring by using the style of two different designers. We then talked through the options for the diamond itself. I was very pleased at the selection of natural diamonds that Husar's has in stock and the options for different color, cut, clarity, and carat.

All in, it only took 4-6 weeks to have the wedding ring customized and less than 2 weeks to have the diamond placed by Craig. When we came back after the Engagement proposal, Craig Husar's was able to resize and clean the ring in less than a week.

The entire process was very smooth and timely. Compared to other Jewelers, I felt that Craig Husar's was an "experience"; they have beer/beverages available when you walk in, they make sure that they understand what you want and translate that design/idea to perfection and maintain the relationships with their customers.
