I recently had a good experience at this store and a bad one
The Good Went in for a shirt, but also was curious if I would be able to get a receipt reprinted from a past purchase. I had a pair of pants that had a hole forming. The two employees that helped me were able to look up the purchase via my credit card. They said if I brought the pants in, they could exchange them under the quality guarantee right there. Very helpful
The Bad I come in the next day to exchange the pants. I explained I need to exchange these pants under the quality guarantee. They were able to find the purchase through my credit card as they had they day before. Then the woman started questioning me heavily about the age of the pants. They were 6 months old but she was convinced they must be over a year old. She told me that she didn't believe I had bought these in December. She found a production sticker that would say when I bought them, and as I said, they were purchased in December.
She then told me that I'm wearing the pants too often and they should never wear out this much in that time period. I was told I need to buy more pants so I rotate through them more. After consulting with her manager, they granted the exchange. They were very clear they would do it this time but not the next. Even after the exchange was granted, she still grilled me on their condition, asking if I had ironed them. I hadn't, but I can only assume she wanted to not exchange them still.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. I hadn't realized the quality guarantee had guidelines of normal use. I really like the pants, so I wear them often. The employees at the Mayfair store didn't treat me this way at all, and were very helpful. They made no mention of wearing the pants out too fast. I do not plan on returning to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was eating at the Goddess & Baker across the street when Lululemon popped in the corner of my eye and I saw the Male Mannequin wearing the sought after belt bag!
I immediately told my party that I had to step out for a sec because I needed to make a purchase. I walked in and was graciously greeted by a gentleman wearing a red belt bag. I asked about where I could get one. He pointed me in the right direction and I was pleasantly surprised with the color options. Green was on top of mind for me and the more faded/duller green caught my eye more. It matched the color of the shirt I was wearing on that perfect Monday (post wedding celebrations). Secured this belt bag and while I was waiting in line to checkout, I saw another belt bag option that I needed. A transparent one (for concerts/shows). Immediately picked it up as well. Didn't have to wait at all to get helped out by a cashier.
The whole cashier experience was a very unique one for me so far. T, my cashier, did a stellar job and kept her cool when software and hardware problems arose. My email wasn't being accepted for sending the receipt and the security tag on the transparent bag was a little more difficult to remove. It wasn't a quick checkout per say, however, I was very impressed with T's patience and calm demeanor when things hit the fan.
I will return to Lulumeon for sure! If not this exact location, another one. And I hope the staff are amazing as T!
Thanks for all the help and quality belt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust went probably 10 minutes ago. I shop here VERY often. Iāve never had an issue but today was something else. I was standing by the yoga mats- which Iām assuming triggered the alarm to go off ābeep beepā and this blonde lady actually yelled across the room ā YOU NEED TO MOVE YOURE TRIGGERING THE ALARMā. I immediately responded with ādo you work here? Can you help meā she came over and helped- but I felt so uncomfortable after she just yelled at me - she couldāve easily walked up to me and said āhey ! The item is too close to the door, could you move a bit?ā So many other ways then yelling and having the whole store look at me.
Second issue as Iām paying the guy helping actually rolled his eyes. He seemed upset. Not sure why. I asked if he could help open the door because I was pushing a stroller and that door is always super hard to open with a stroller. He just walked and was visibly upset I had asked for help.
This is literally insane as I have never felt this way coming to Lulu. Ever. I go there often and everyone is always so helpful and helps with the door without me having to ask when they see me struggling.
To the blonde lady who yelled- I hope you never do that again. I hope you learn there are so many other ways to ask someone...
