Dunham's Sports — Local services in Town of Brookfield

Let me start, merchandise, absolutely amazing and tons of affordable active wear and amazing gear. But honestly it was hard to enjoy shopping here. The customer service was so bad. I’m not one to complain about service if they help. they don’t have to smile but be helpful. We came here for golf shirts and skirts and it was a little sparse but tons of other stuff. There were employees arguing when I did get help finally find an employee he did not look at me called for someone and I never saw either of them again. I saw other customers looking around the whole store for help for 10 minutes. I mean it was just uncomfortable and unacceptable service for a store so big when people need help. Purchased some guns & accessories. Had the pleasure of meeting Dave. Although I already know gun safety it is nice to get a reminder. Dave's enthusiasm is not just about selling products; it's about building genuine connections with customers. Yesterday was my first time visiting this Dunham's location. While I appreciate how clean and organized this store was, my partner and I were extremely uncomfortable with how close the employees were standing near us.

It first started when we were in the womens clothing, someone was a few racks away and stayed close. Then we were at the mens shoes section browsing, another employee was either in the same aisle or standing too close (not wearing a face covering), to the point where we got extremely uncomfortable and ended up leaving the store.
