I wish i could put 0 stars where do i even start? First they appeared to look understaffed because of the wait time but they were just standing there doing nothing, there was a girl on the serving line with a nasty attitude she looked like she did not want to be there giving everyone a stank face. There was no white rice, all the tops were empty. The customer before me wanted chicken but was told there was no chicken and when it was my turn to be served i was served one small scoop of chicken from the empty container because they were still preparing the chicken. I obviously asked for more because it was not even a full scoop and she rolled her eyes as she went to the back to serve me more. The customer before me saw i got chicken so he politely asked for a remake on his burrito because he got steak when he originally wanted chicken. I had just paid with EXACT change as Chipotle still suffers from a coin shortage that only affects Mexican franchises named Chipotle. I forgot to order something and when I went to pay again, right after my first order, I was given a very scripted robotic response "we have no quarters, dimes, nickels or pennies". I had just paid with EXACT change with some of the non-existent coinage Chipotle cannot get their hands on, so some of this could have been returned to me and since it would have not been enough to give me exact change for my puchase, Chipotle would still have collected more money than they were entitled to. But no, the register drawer was swiftly closed and I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. This continuing selfish policy is disgusting because it based on a global tragedy.
