SMH! I don't know if I should feel the way I feel or if its just coincidental... We ordered a large amount of food, which came out to be pretty pricey. The young boy that did our order was AWESOME!!! Now this is why I rate the service a 1 star. We gave a large bill, WITH EXACT CHANGE so that we didn't get a bunch of nickels, and dimes back from our total. WE ALSO KNEW HOW MUCH WE WERE GETTING BACK. A boy came said " I don't know how much the total is, I think it was like $48.65." He says to us. So I kindly told him its.... whatever the total from the screen, I gave him the bill and the change, to which he said " Let me get your change I will be right back." He came back gave us our change we thanked him and checked our bags.... everything was there. I COUNT OUR MONEY AND WERE MISSING 10$ I thought and said to myself the computer gives these kids a total of amount to give back, you CANT MESS THAT UP. I press the red button and the same AWESOME kid that took our order asked if everything was ok and I told him " Were missing some money from our money back." so he said he would send the kid who gave us our money back, back to our car.... I tell him "Hey were missing money." He then pulls our 2 folded up 5$ bills, and hands them to me and says "sorry about that." And then I thought about it some more, I didn't tell you how much I was missing you just casually pull out 2, 5$ bills of the ten dollars that I'm missing? Idk if the kid who gave us our food expected a tip, which I don't mind doing, and which I have done especially since we order a lot the few times we go there. But I feel like he took tip out of our money and didn't think we would realize. But also check your receipts because I also noticed when I got home that our total on paper was not our total on the screen. Which was 20$ less then what was on the screen. So...... Make of it what you will but I wont be going back because now I don't trust that that was an honest...

On August 26th, 2025, at 11:31 PM, my girlfriend and I visited this location. The employees working at the time displayed behavior that was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable for anyone in the food service industry.
The cashier who took my payment was openly rude, making an unnecessary and offensive comment about our order. She continued speaking negatively to her coworker loud enough for us to hear, which made the entire interaction extremely uncomfortable. When I asked for a receipt, they refused to provide one, which raises serious concerns about accountability and transparency.
Even worse, while preparing our Blasts, both employees engaged in behavior that was unsanitary and disrespectful. Based on what we witnessed, we did not feel safe consuming what we were served and had no choice but to throw the drinks away.
This goes beyond poor customer service, this was a violation of trust, food safety, and basic decency. Employees who act this way damage the reputation of Sonic, drive away loyal customers, and create a hostile environment that no paying customer should ever experience.
As someone who works in retail and understands the importance of professionalism, I can say without question that these employees should not be in customer facing roles. Their actions were completely out of line, and if they are treating us this way, I fear for how many other guests they have disrespected or put at risk.
Sonic, you lost both my girlfriendâs and my business that night. We will be sharing this experience with others, and I will also be sending a direct email to upper management demanding that this incident be investigated and that immediate corrective...
   Read moreSecond time at Sonic. First time we went on the day of the grand opening. We decided to park and experience ordering and receiving food while employees were on skates. The young man taking the order over the speaker was extremely rude. I found this very distasteful, especially considering it was the first day open, so you would think the employees would go the extra mile. Tonight we decided to try again but go thru the drive thru. The employees which seem to all be very young, thought it was ok to take my order while having there own personal conversation and also fooling around over the intercom.
