This is by far the worst card store ever

First off early this afternoon there was no one in the store. You couldn’t even pay for your products All patrons had to wait at register because no one was in store to check out or even work there. Zero customer service no help in the store I spent almost $100 My gifts weren’t wrapped in white paper or wrapped at all No bag or offered a bag NOT put in the boxes. I don’t know how long it’s been like this but years ago at least we got our products wrapped and nice so they wouldn’t break.

The store owner/manager or whatever he is doesn’t even say hello, thank you he was nasty has a sour face on. Yeah there could be things going on in people’s lives just like mine but if you own a store or work in customer service should be a little bit better than this or it should be a lot better than this Very pathetic I won’t be...

Terrible. The old crazy man at the counter kept yelling at me because my 7 year old son literally just touched the lottery machine. I said ok and had my son sit down on a chair. He continued to keep yelling and yelling at me and my son after I told him 6 times I understood and how my son isn't even doing anything wrong. All he was doing was standing next to me. Then this nasty man had the audacity to tell me He is right. Pretty sure that's not what a store worker or any employee says to customers. I'll never...

The new owner is so nice. I always choose the same place to play my lotto & scratch offs. This is my new place. Remodel looks fantastic. New fun stock. I always pop in here first before my bagel, pizza or Chinese stop. I recommend this location to everyone shopping or eating looking for a quick greeting card/lottery purchase...
