Burlington — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

Whenever I shop here and look through the racks, everything falls off the hanger. its disorganized and the cashiers are always having side conversations instead of ringing up customers in a timely fashion. Customers spend way too much time on the lines while they are chatting away. Management is well aware of this, as I shopped there many times and management is involved in the conversations with the cashiers while customers are standing there. So unprofessional. The prices are great but I prefer the Stonybrook location. Its bigger, everyone is friendlier, and the security guard doesnt follow you around the store. I felt like a criminal at the Selden location the way the security guard interrogated me for walking in with a bag of items to be returned, then questioning why I was leaving with more items. I’ve been a customer with Burlington for years and the stuff I dealt with 3 days ago was so unprofessional. First off I needed to return an item Went to the cashier and she was so disrespectful the customers that she was ringing out before me she was very respectful with them cause they had a different skin color and race I’m assuming but as soon as I went up she was very very disrespectful and unprofessional also your asset protection guy that looks 17 didn’t ask anyone else for receipt but needed me to show him my return receipt like are you kidding me what kind of business and customer service is this.
