Let me put it this way " several of the employees need to learn how to conduct themselves. " One lady starts every conversation with " bag or no bag, no fifties,no hundreds,and no cash back if you're paying with a card." There is no "hello,how are you"? I was in the store recently and was very disappointed with the lack of respect shown by her and a fellow employee. I attempted to use a coupon and received a horrible attitude from this woman and her co-worker who thought they knew everything about everything. I've actually sent two messages to corporate with no response ( which explains why the store associates probably act the way they do) and I've also reached out to the district manager who I spoke with and he was very nice. If I'm spending my money in your establishment I deserve to be treated with respect and if you treat me any differently, I'll be calling you out on it so that is why I write this review. The information contained on the coupon is the legal contract, you can't just make up " rules" and then be nasty about it. I don't deal with attitudes and I'll never give them another penny. Providing excellent customer service should be the goal of every business and this store certainly failed.
