Giving 1 star because the only thing that’s good is brand they try to represent is a decent product.
There seems to be 30 different people that work here, but none of them ever seem like thy want to help you. When you do stand there long enough for them to help you they just kind of wander over indifferently. When they start helping they are always confused.
The most frustrating part is the coupons in the app never work and they just take this surprised position like the consumer and the store share the same Accountability with whether or not the coupon should work. Strange. And very Bad for the Tim Hortons brand jn such a new...
Read moreOn Sun 8/10/25 I ordered from this location online and prepaid with my credit card. I ordered 4 Vanilla Cream donuts. They are chocolate iced donuts with vanilla cream on the inside. When I arrived to pick up the "prepaid" order it was not what I ordered. Since they did not have any of the Vanilla Cream donuts they just took it upon to just themselves to replace them with donuts they had. Unacceptable. Customers are entitled to get what they paid for.
I will never go to that location again. And I will never prepay for anything at Tim Hortons....
Read moreStopped by for a quick coffee and was met with complete indifference. Waited at the counter for a good 5 minutes while 4 employees chatted amongst themselves. Had to interrupt their conversation just to place my order. To top it off, the coffee wasn't even good.
I'd rather walk into a 7-Eleven and pour my own coffee at this point. It's faster and I don't have to beg someone to do their job. Seems like the work ethic has completely disappeared these days.
