Pasta Cucina Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I think this place deserves much higher ratings. I ordered via DoorDash a few items: wings, stuffed shells, a plain slice, and a Greek salad to name some. Everything I received was the right temperature: hot for all of the “hot” food, and cold for the salad. The wings were great—still very crispy and had a good flavor. I also like that the wings aren’t battered like many other places. The toppings on the salad were very generous and everything tasted fresh. I asked for extra cheese on the stuffed shells and the restaurant delivered—I was very pleasantly surprised by their accommodation to this request. And the most wonderful thing was that they decided to throw in several slices because the store was getting ready to close, which I more than appreciate. I have no complaints about the slices either: I tried a couple and was happy, and I imagine I’ll be happy when I try out the other ones.

Overall, I can’t think of a negative thing to say. If this experience (and quality of food) is consistent, I can’t imagine not getting my food from here. Definitely one of my go-to places now for when I’m looking for...

Food is ok, for sure above your average pizza place. It used to be my go to. I would drive out of my way after moving far to still get their food. However the girl at the register is very rude. They should hire someone new...she always has an attitude, every single time and ive gone often. The last straw was when i ordered i said goodnight and was ignored anf greeted with a nasty look while the staff proceeded to complain that someone ordered pies even though it was before closing time. If youre going to complain when people order while youre STILL OPEN then you should close earlier...why do you complain youre getting business??? i still shop around over there because i have family living close by but i rather go to the colombian deli in the corner whos staff is so nice and food is great than deal with rude people. Phone in order 1 chicken cutlet parmigiana with extra sauce on the side, 1 fried chicken cutlet with lettuce & tomatoes nothing else. They asked if I wanted dressing on the side I said no. Simple order right? Not so much, no sauce on the side, I get oil and vinegar instead. Open the other one and it’s loaded with dry Italian seasoning, when I called them they confirmed they made a mistake with the dressing and sauce but insisted they didn’t put the seasoning on the second hero.
