Sapore Fino Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I spent $108.00 plus $6.00 for a tip ( which I felt was fair considering this place was a mile & a1/2 down the road.) I’m handicapped. I live on a small income from SSD after working all my life. And this was the biggest waste of my money! The review on other platforms for this restaurant were decent so I figured I’d give it a try. It took over an hour to get it. The food was cold & one of the main topping was spoiled. You could not only taste it but you could smell that it was turning…It ruined the whole pizza! And overall the food was disgusting 🤮 Never ever again! The only good thing I can say was the person who answered the phone was very pleasant. Bad business, what we ordered we didn't get, we ended up getting something else, their order details are different than the original pictures of the items, that's deceiving. Look at the both pictures, the picture on their website shows what the pizza looks like but when we got the pizza delivered it was totally different. On their website it shows the vegetables cooked on the pizza but we got the pizza delivered with uncooked salad on the top. When we called to complain the guy put us on hold for 5 minutes and never came back. We called again to complain and the guy at the store called us a cheap customer. We spent total $50 on our dinner order and you call that cheap ?!?!? Will never go there again and make sure we will let all our friends know how crazy and unprofessional...

2 bad experiences I had here. First...I went in to order a couple of slices but the only guy working was on the phone taking a large order and answering a lot of questions. I waited patiently for more than 5 minutes and I walked out. He could have at least told me to hold on I'll be right with you but no he didn't say that and didn't even look at me.. I avoided going there for a few months and then decided to give them another chance. This time a regular slice was .50 cents more than it was 2 months ago. $3.00 a slice now.
