Man, I don't know where to start. I have been calling around since my Computer alarm stopped auto-starting my truck. Then it wouldn't lock my vehicle as well. I called everywhere that was a supposed Compustar dealer. Everybody I called in Suffolk wanted me to drop off my truck all day. Really?! I don't have that kind of time to be without my truck. I finally looked at Jflow even though it didn't list them as one. Well guess what? Not only did he take me in the next day at 10am he was done by 10:30am! He said all it was was a loose wire and a reflash that it needed. And he charged me what felt was more than fair. Bottom line... Don't take size of place and bells and whistles as meaning the best. All these other places like Tint world, Soundwaves, Main Street, etc., Wanted to charge me on average $120+ and keep my truck ALL FREAKIN' DAY, for a half hour job. Screw them. Paid 350 bucks to “upgrade” my system. Within a month the speakers started getting loose and rattling. When i looked at my rear speakers i found out that they just used two screws and some adhesive to keep it together, what a joke! When i reached out to them to ask i would come back to them to fix it they didnt respond! I went to the store two hours before closing on the date i disclosed them i would come but they closed early!! I guess they tried avoiding me. When i drove passed their shop the next day the same time, they were open. I should’ve went to sound waves instead of these guys.
