They are indecent people who not only stole from me, but threatened me as well. I hope nobody is subjected to the experience I had there, it was beyond awful. The owner said I was a stupid american who wasn't really upset over the fact that he sold me a defective part, that I was only pretending to be upset. I don't know who wouldn't be upset of being sold a defective part just before a store closes and when I tried to use my phone, it didn't work, so I brought it back the very next morning when the store reopened. Though he is right about one thing, I am a stupid american for trusting that they were honest business men. They further reminded me that they are tech guys and could do things to hurt me in other ways. I was afraid to write anything, but people convinced me I should share to try to prevent this from happening to...

I paid $290 to fix my Samsung s10 broken then everything was fine until 3 days after some black and white lines appeared on the screen blinking..I went to them but the guy told me everything was fine with the screen..the lines were from the wallpaper.. ok I believed him, but less than a week later my phone screen was all black i went to them again but his answer was you must dropped it thats way the screen is dead then i toke my phone to ubreakifix in port Jefferson station they confirmed me. The problem was poor replacement and they didn't do the right job.. they told me to go back to Mr tech pro to fix their mistake i went to them once more but he wanted to help me fix it with another $150..no body is perfect enybody can make mistakes but be responsible..l saw few reviews same story as mine. stay away from...

I bought a stereo from them. They installed it right away and did an awesome job. They really made it look nice. Sadly about 2 weeks later the CD player quit. I went back, saw the owner. He pulled a brand new stereo off the shelf and installed the new unit right away. They told me when I left after the fist stereo was installed that if I had a question or a problem to see them. Well, I did just that and they absolutely stood by their word. It really is terrific that there are honest, reputable business owners out there like these folks. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone that this is the car stereo shop to go to. You won't need any other shop. By the way, both times I just showed up without an appointment. They took care of me right away. These guys...
