Up until today, I’d have given them 6 stars. But after years of shopping in their store, I had to ask for an exchange on a defective toy, and boy was that an experience! I was berated and told I’d been abusive to the toy(absolutely untrue), and while one of the women was so sweet, the other literally slammed the replacement toy down on the counter. I’ll miss the kind woman, but I won’t tolerate such treatment....

Absolutely wonderful place, that is run by two absolutely wonderful women. I had called Friday evening, to leave a message with a few questions.
