I'll start by saying the salon is recently renovated and absolutely immaculate. Everyone there was very friendly. I was asked by multiple people if I was comfortable...if I wanted coffee or something else to drink...which was nice. The stylist doing my hair was also really very sweet. That being said...i hate my hair. I made an appointment to have some greys covered and to get rid of some reddish/brassy-ness that was very noticable in daylight. I have (....I HAD....) dark brown hair. I told the stylist I wanted to stay with my dark brown but maybe lean toward a cooler ashier hew to address the brassy-ness...without it being grey or purple. She went with a color and then a glaze over that. When it was time to rinse, the girl shampooing my hair had to scrub pretty violently because there was dye on my face and all over my neck. When I got back to the chair and saw my hair it looked WAY darker than it usually does when it's wet but I thought perhaps it would lighten up after being blown out. Nope. I thought maybe it could just be the lighting playing tricks? Nope. I left with....jet...black...hair. Not only is it black...the way the stylist applied it around my face, I look like I have a wonky Frankenstein hair line and she also went all the way to the skin on the "baby hairs" on my neckline so I have black patches of dye on my neck. I paid $180...$240 after tips..just to have to go somewhere else and pay more to have it fixed. I will not be returning to...

The wash and condition hair experience at the sinks are unparalleled and include a wonderful head massage and hot towel treatment. The salon is kept super clean and also provides wonderful amenities like coffee, chai lattes and snacks at no charge. Every single employee of this salon has pride of purpose and gives 110% to their work and their customers. We use Tiffany for our color, cuts, blowouts and formal events and her work is consistently outstanding. Her attention to detail, her mastery of color and its application (whether covering gray or a full head of highlights) is top notch. Her haircuts enable your hair to move and shape and frame your face perfectly. This salon is a must for all your hair needs, curly or straight, gray or brunette, short bob or long layers. I highly recommend booking an appointment here - you'll never go...

Cynthia was a color magician! I came in hesitant because I was told at another hair salon that my hair had too many different shades from previous dying and that I needed to wait until it grew out. But of course, I really wanted and needed a new color! Cynthia took her time and lots of attention to fix the color and dyed it into a beautiful dark blonde just as I hoped!! The fact that she made sure there was more 'life' in the color so it did not look like one flat color made it more 'natural' looking and awesome. I live all the way in south jersey and happened to step in this salon when in the area. She was the BEST colorist I have ever gone to, and I will definitely go back when in the area because she is worth it!! You can clearly see how enthusiastic she is about her job and how dedicated she is so you walk out the salon feeling like a million bucks!
