Update #2: Had winter tips done in a dark blue with "snowflower" decals and glitter. Another beautiful and eye-catching design! (Pics in photo section)
Update #1: Had beautiful gel powder tips done last week. YoYo & Lauren helped me with choosing color & design. They reeled me in from my "I want everything" to eye-catching, simple and gorgeous! (pics in photo section, color is Hot Fire 28 with gold detail)
I have been very cautious about the businesses that I go to right now. So cleanliness took top priority and then quality and professionalism. New Nichole deserves high marks for all 3. The first time I tried them was my "test run". I looked at photos and reviews and thought they looked fair sage and the space was large enough to truly practice social distancing. So I gave them a try for a quick mani no polish. The service itself was pretty good. The salon is very spacious and they have plexi dividers up, they seat every other or more for pedi and they have a check in station at the front. If you don't have an appointment and they have "filled up" following guidelines then you really can't wait. So for busier times I suggest an appointment for sure! For new customers after 1st time service they give you a 10% discount for your next service, a key chain with hand sanitizer and a punch card to build up for a free service later. Since I had the discount I booked for a more extravagant pedi (the Gold one) It was worth treating myself, that is for sure! The pedi was amazing! I have to say that one of the other things that is truly important to me was the kindness and professionalism shown by Lauren. She is a sweet and caring woman who is knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Lauren! I am looking forward to my...
Read moreThis place is full of very rude people-the one sitting at the desk is the worse. I’ve never had any problems with any salon I’ve gone to. The woman at the front desk the minute I walk in she tells me my nails are too long and I will get charged $5, extra. I keep my nails at a conservative length but I like the almond shape. The girl doing my nails said if I go any shorter I will not have that shape. Then the women at the desk tells my daughter and I who we need to tip who did our nails and goes right up to us in front of other patrons . My daughter and I tip everyone from $5-$10. But even so, a tip is not mandatory and patrons should not be required to do. Another time the color my daughter picked out was not the same as the color put on. Three nails in my daughter very politely said the color looked very different and the man doing it packed up his kit right there and walked in the back. I told them I was more than willing to pay extra for them to change the color. Even the customer sitting next to me said how rude the guy was and she heard me say I’d pay extra. If you want a relaxing time getting your nails done, and you’re paying good money do not go there. The picture shows how short my nails are but they wanted to...
Read moreI came here to get a manicure and pedicure for my wedding and was blown away by the cleanliness, excellent service, friendliness, and the attention to detail my manicurist exhibited. I requested a skinny French manicure on almond nails with white chrome (gel) and opted for the pomegranate spa pedicure. It was everything I wanted and more.
My manicurist was incredibly transparent about pricing at every step of the way and knew exactly what she needed to do to make achieve the look I wanted from my reference photo. She also would frequently reference the corresponding nail on my opposite hand to make sure the nails were a similar length and that the thickness of the French manicure matched. The result was absolute perfection and the BEST manicure I've ever received!
