So I’m on my way to my baby sisters wedding who I will be walking down the aisle smelling like another human. I can’t begin to express how livid I am. So mad that I’m literally typing this review on my way to the ceremony. The continual smell of someone else today is going to be torture.

I regret not buying a tux from the very beginning. I wasnt crazy about the fit of the tux but it is what it is. I pick up the tux when it’s ready to try on and the jacket stunk like body odor. This is what they were about to give me. I say something and have one of the girls smell the jacket. She pulled back real hard after smelling that funk. She says she’ll get me another and that I’ll have to come back. I picked up the new tux jacket, tried it on and it was good to go. Well, not really. I should have known better and checked because they gave me a white shirt that was worn, stunk and still has someone’s delicious sweat ring around the collar. They never washed it. So after I told them about the jacket they didn’t check the shirt? Men’s Warehouse tried giving me a jacket and shirt that was never cleaned. I just paid a lot of money to be uncomfortable at what should be a really happy day.

Im beyond disgusted and disappointed. This Men’s warehouse has fallen off big time and I do not recommend anyone renting from there.

The only reason I give it 2 stars is because of the lovely lady with glasses that helped me out the second time. Shes been there a while and seems to be one of the only competent ones working there. She wasn’t there when they gave me the unwashed...

No stars! This chain is horrible. We went in to rent a vest and tie for our July 4th wedding, great they told us we can pick it up Saturday, July 2nd. Thankfully the vest and tie came in on Wednesday and my husband was able to go in Thursday to pick up where he tried it on and it didn't fit. The vest the "manager" gave my husband to try on was a Calvin Klein vest that fit very well and he liked the cut. So the "manager" of the suit rental section ordered the vest in the color we choose. My husband went in on Thursday to pickup, tried it on and it didn't fit as mentioned before. He took it off and looked at it and the label said Joseph Fleiss. This wasn't the vest he tried on and was under the impression that was ordered. I came back to the store with him later that evening and spoke with one of the employees and she said they don't offer Calvin Klein as a rental and the vest he tried on was for size. Why did you have him try on a Calvin Klein vest when the rental Joseph Fleiss vest didn't fit. The store manager was there and he was admant that they didn't even have Calvin Klein vests in the store until I walked him over to the rack.......?!?!?!? Bottom line, there is far better boutique Tuxedo rental shops out there. Do not waste...

My husband went here to rent his tux for our wedding in July. We went in April for the fitting to allow plenty of time. He was measured and we went over exactly what we wanted for him and his wedding party. We were told that they would email us when the suits/tux were ready to be picked up. Fast forward to literally 3 days before the wedding. No email for pick up so had to call to find out. None of the suits had the purple vests we had picked out to match the ties. They credited each groomsmen for the vest instead of trying to actually fix the mistake. The ring bearer had a tie instead of the bow tie to match my husband, so they had to scramble around to try to find something to replace it, which in the end didn’t match! The worst part was that my husband’s tux jacket was about 2 sizes too big and his pants we so long that we had to fold them. Not sure why they even bothered measuring. The tux looks ridiculous in photos and of course there was “nothing they could do” because it was literally right before the wedding and on a weekend. In the end, they literally got nothing right and I wish we had gone...
