Actually used to love this liquor store I'd always come with my labrador puppy the owner would give my dog a treat and sometimes give me a sample, i was short a $1 on the item i wanted , I had $25 the item i wanted was $26 I asked the lady if I can come back tomorrow with a $1 something the owner has done for me in the past since I don't have a car, the lady got mad and said absolutely not, I asked when the owner would be in so I can talk to her and the lady told me she doesn't come here anymore since she has Workers now, since the owner won't be back to help customer neither will.i, I recommended this place to a lot of people, now I highly recommend people don't go

It won't let me reply to your comment but the issue is the worker got so mad when I asked her if I could just bring the $2 tomorrow all she had to do was say no but she said absolutely not with a louder voice than she spoke to me with the whole time and ran up front and picked up her phone, I asked her when you'd be there so I could speak to you about the encounter but as I stated the lady said you have workers now and you won't be there, i asked if youd be there any day at all ajd she said NO! So at that point i said you need to worker on your customer service and walked out, if you have audio in the store I hope you listened to it, I was over by stop and shop by another liquor store but we went out of our way to go to your store (without a car isn't fun in the snow) so I was truly so sad this was the experience I had, I didn't want to leave a review like this, you've given me samples before to try but this lady was so rude and I was so surprised because I'm a very respectful person, and I've been encouraged to bring my puppy in before and when I walked in with him I felt like she gave me a weird look, normally I come in with him and he's given a treat (not upset he didn't get a treat) but I'm truly surprised with how welcome we've felt in the past compared to this time, I'll edit my review to 3 stars because or how kind you've been in the past but now I feel like i can never shop here and...

I am new to the area and have been to this establishment several times. The first time I mentioned that I had just moved to the area and the woman behind the counter gave me an additional small bottle of what I was purchasing for free and welcomed me to the neighborhood. Since then I have been there several times and always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. I have also been to several other liquor stores in the area and have not found them to be nearly as friendly.

This is for the one or two reviews who complained about the staff here. I have been to this store many times since my original review and have encountered at least four different people who work here. Every time without exception I have found the staff to be friendly and professional. I frankly can't imagine how anyone could possibly have a problem with their attitude or demeanor. I will happily continue to support this...

the people that run this place are a bunch of thieves. I spent close to $200 in 5 bottles and the wine was bad. when I spoke to the lady that day she said that the wine I was getting it was in good condition. I opened two bottles the NEXT day and two of the bottles tasted like vinegar. when i called and i explained the situation, the owner of the store said that he can't take it back or give me an exchange, after that he hang up the phone on me. this lady trick me on buying the wine, she said that the wine in the back cellar was good and obviously it...
