My mother who was in a wheelchair was known to have to wait at least 1 hour, and that was with an appointment, on a good day. Dr. Adeel Iqbal was the attending physician. He was a pleasant person but not a very good doctor. He was difficult to understand and repeated the same questions at every visit as though heād never seen us before. He was treating Mom for an infection on her foot. When I called the office and left a message they NEVER returned my calls. I notified them that I was taking Mom to the hospital and never heard or saw them again. Even while Mom lie dying in the hospital of Sepsis, and Dr. Adeel Iqbal was making rounds on the same floor as the ICU, he NEVER stopped in to see Mom or us. We attempted to reach him 3 times and NEVER got a response. Shame on them all. Cruel and heartless. I would never recommend him. He was only concerned for himself and his practise. Mom is with God and in a better place. I donāt blame him for her death but donāt like that he didnāt return a single phone call. Whereās the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been a long time patient here for at least 10 years . Up until the last year I have not been happy with the overall care . The last two times I met with the young female PA and both times she dismissed my concerns. I almost left when she came in because I can tell she is not interested in doing her job. This time I went in for a simple Lyme test because I had been bite numerous times by ticks the prior weekend . I actually had to demand the blood work because she told me it was too late and I should have come in immediately . Itās been over a week and I still have called numerous times and canāt seem to get a provider to give me the results that have been in for over a week . This is unacceptable . I called my insurance and they have already put in for payment . Not sure what happened with Dr Iqbal but this place is not the same . Itās a real shame because I have recommended so many people to this practice, but will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI dont know how to vote. I never ever see my primary anymore and I'm asked questions that should be in my chart but aren't I was informed that I have a condition that should be monitored by getting sonograms but wasn't. I waited in the room for the provider for 35 minutes or more. I asked for referrals to an orthopedic for my knee and it wasn't given to me. I'm asked questions about information that shoukd be in my records because I was sent for a mammogram and colonoscopy by Dr. Iqbal but it wasnt in my charts. I find that very disturbing. Shouldn't my primary follow up on tbese things? They couldn't get blood so I was given a script but had to ask for the address because it wasn't offered. I really need to find another primary care doctor because although they were nice it wasn't a good visit. Noone knew anything about me at all and I've been going there about 10...
