Redefine Meals — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

My husband and I are extremely excited to have Redefine right in town! I went there yesterday afternoon and bought a keto teriyaki chicken bowl and a Buffalo chicken bowl, along with a can of potato chips and a Japanese barbecue sauce. The food was absolutely delicious and a very fair, healthy serving size for the price. We heated it up for 10 minutes in the oven as instructed on the directions label, and were both so pleased and felt comfortably full after! The gluten free potato chips were also amazing, our toddler also loved them! The cashier was very friendly and informative, the decor is simple, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. It is so exciting to have an affordable healthy takeout spot in town. Jardin has fell short of our expectations from the week they opened with overpriced food for their serving sizes along with terrible customer services. Redefine is much needed and welcomed to Patchogue village! We are Village homeowners and love to do take out once or twice a week, but sometimes eating too much from the restaurants in town can be too fried/greasy and costly. First time walking in here after hearing about it from a co-worker. For a first time experience this was absolutely amazing! Deanna was FANTASTIC! They did have a lack of meal prep options but Deanna assured me there would be more coming in very shortly. I was so happy to see they had my quest chips that have been on back order forever (at least the ones I really like)! Deanna is so friendly and simply because I'm proud of the weight I lost in such a short time I showed her my success pictures and she was like a cheerleader cheering me on for my success. This is the type of person we need in this type of environment. We need more people like her. 10/10 recommended to everyone especially those who struggle to meal prep like I did starting out. I can't wait to see what their full meal prep selection looks like when I go back!...

This review is more directed at Sean who works at the Patchogue location. I called Sean while I was working at Patchogue Fire Department (cannot leave while on the clock) and said that I just realized the Redefine meal I brought to work had mold on it. Not sure why -- but that's besides the point. Sean said that as soon as they close he would bring a replacement over for me as per their policy. I told Sean he really didn't have to do that and I was more than willing to pay for it or whatever I had to do. Not only did Sean personally deliver it to me when he got off work, the meal was comp'd. Sean is a true stand-up guy, and that's another thing that makes the Redefine brand so great.
