Home Depot contracts with USIG for installation. The installers stole The Wedding Rings , Engagement Ring and a Swiss Watch given to my daughters Grandmother by her own Grandmother. I can only imagine the amount of business fortune that her Grandparents alone, aside from that of their 5 children in the area , and now Grandchilden , starting purchase home as well. Far from first of many and costly home improvements to the home they have lived in together for nearly 6 decades. Long outdating the store itself . In consideration of the POV of personal processionâs that were found and stolen from their bedroom, let me put down the shift of blame with â 80 year old loyal Customers â & to that I will add how remarkably sharp both are for their years. That being said in understanding This wedding in addition to the chaos that comes with out of town guests arriving , departing ,airport runs , home preparations , food preparations and the excitement and planning, etc . This wedding to all was the first occasion my daughter grandparents had to look forward to after losing their son in November ( my daughters father ) and after they watched and cared for him through the a very rough battle with stage 4 cancer. Also within the year that her Grandmother also lost her two brothers to Covid and other illness . Still all things considered and Iâm sure both are punishing themselves at ( 80) in for hindsight at the escaped thought of needing to hide their personal possessions deeper within their own home from some dregs of society that @Home_Depot_ store1258 recommended and contracts out to install their merchandise Namely @USIG_Installers .
There considerations in vetting of employees on both companies behalf , seeming of zero concern . Thus while wasting no time cashing in on goods and services rendered , tho seemingly no regard to whom they send into their customers homes- this should be of alarm. Customers BEWARE! The âToo bad , So Sad responseâ & lack any remedy to compensate , investigate or empathize - should come as a disgrace!!
Please tell anyone you know who is considering either company for goods and services . For the scumbags who actually stole these possessions my hope is this reaches you in reading who youâve done this too.    Read moreI am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent flooring purchase and installation experience. Iâve always had positive experiences shopping at Home Depot, which is why this situation has been particularly frustrating. I sincerely hope this is an isolated incident and not indicative of a broader issue.
I purchased flooring for my living room, but ultimately had to return it due to issues that should have been identified during the initial measurement. The person conducting the measurements failed to note that there were tiles under the existing rug and that the floor was slightly uneven. This critical detail was only brought to light by the installerâwho, to my surprise, did not speak any English.
Communication with the installer was extremely difficult. He simply said, âno good,â and attempted to indicate that the floor needed leveling, which his company did not provide. This was confusing, as I had already paid for leveling as part of the installation package.
After the installer left, I went to the store for clarification and was told that the person I needed to speak with only works from 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM, Monday through Friday. I called the store multiple times over the following two daysâ11 times in totalâand left messages each time. I never received a return call, which is completely unacceptable.
As a result, my project is now stalled, and my living room is in disarray. I am left having to start over and shop for new flooring, with no resolution or support from your team.
I am shocked at the lack of communication, the poor customer service, and the unprofessionalism of the subcontractor. I intend to continue raising this issue until I receive a proper response and...
   Read moreI was at home depot in patchouge this evening and i was walking around for at least an hour when an employee named andgelo walked up to me without me asking and asked if i needed some assistance. I explained what my problem was and he literally walked me around the store for 15 minutes then went as far as bringing me to the front fetting on his computer and tried very hard to solve my issue. If i didnt take the time to egknowlegde what a har working and great employee this guy was i wouldnt be able to sleep at night. After a long time we still couldbt figure it out then he saw another employe named mike h. Angelo explained our issue and rite away he knew how to solve it walked us over to what i needed and gave me what i was trying to find t hese are 2 outstanding employees that should def get recognition because it this day and age there are not alot of people like these two guys if itwer up to me they both be prompted and get raises ! Thank you guy you made my home depot experience a satifying and pleasant o e hope to run into you again!
