Horrible customer service. I walked in there looking to sell a couple cards. Lower end stuff so i didn't expect him to purchase. He said he will pass, i said ok no problem. I asked to look at a card out in the showcase and i said i will pass. I asked to look at 2 different cards again and i said ill pass on them then the guy says: “ if you aren't going to purchase anything, i wont keep taking cards out for you to look at. Don't you want to look at a condition of a card before you buy it? Then I took A card out of the top loader and I should have asked. After that i very gently tossed the card on the counter which apparently he thought i “threw it” then he continued to say “ you are done for today, its time for you to leave” from the worker/owner whoever it was. And i said after that, nice way to run a business. Never go to this store, apparently you cant look at the condition of a card without getting told if you aren't buying it you aren't looking at any other cards . Never come...

This Guy low balls like nothing I've ever seen. 2 graded charizards and a binder full of rares and one rare in particular in that binder ungraded was worth more then half the offer this guy made, 200 bucks for everything when 5 cards in the whole deal was worth that much. I countered with 400 knowing alot of the prices of those cards and immediately was shot down there is making a profit and there is just taking advantage of a situation. I know I was never gonna get full value for the cards and I was expecting that but this guy won't even give you a fair price... Update on this review I sold 10 cards out of the binder without my psa graded cards for 640.00 dollars if you want a fair price on cards go to The Game Capital...

The store is very well organized and a excellent variety of trading cards ect. Cleanliness of the store is great but with all that being said the owner isnt very professional. I went into the shop to have him look at a few cards I had and he offered me 40 dollars for them. I called and told my other half the price he offered and the response I got was to bring the cards back out so she could think about it. With in the hour I went back into the store to take him up on his offer and the response I got from him wasnt the same. All he said was (I will pass). Very short answered no explanation to what had changed just that. A little rude I thought. Wont be going back there to...
