The guy that runs the pro shop was super friendly, very patient, and very knowledgeable. I just stopped in for some new shoes, but he was helping someone pick out a new ball and drilling it on site. When I mentioned a scratch on my bowling ball, he asked to take a look at it, advised me that it isn't in the rotation path of the ball, so it shouldn't really need to be fixed, but they could, if I wanted. He also noticed that my finger grips were pretty shot, so he replaced those for me and they turned out great. I just bought a bowling ball that needed to be drilled. The owner was super! Drilled on the spot and really took the time get to know how I bowl. He knows his stuff and I really appreciated the time he spent with me. Just tried the ball out last night. It fits like a dream! I would highly recommend him. It's worth the drive.
