IKEA Pickup Location — Local services in Town of Cheektowaga

Following the instructions from IKEA are useless. There are no designated parking spots for pickup (there's actually no parking spots at all and you just have to find an area that's out of the way of the tractor trailers), and checking in does nothing. Following the small signage for IKEA, you have to walk in and hope someone from the dock doors sees you since there's no one to tell you're there to pick up an order. Lack of signs. Way in the back of the building near train tracks. There was not room for me to park in the two labeled pickup spots but after checking in with the email, I got a text telling me to go to “door 5”. That means semi truck bay 5. Not a single sign from the road ..took 25 mins to find. 3 workers in the same parking lot didn't even know they were there . The only way to know is to drive through all the semis parked along a factory wall. There is a sign on the ground that has an arrow at a factory delivery door for freight.....dangerous to even...
