Subway — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

Singular worst Subway I've ever visited. Staff was unpleasant while making my sub and blaring trap music, almost to the point that you couldn't hear. Asked if they had a certain product, was flatly told no, and all around despite my friendliness the employee said almost nothing throughout the entire transaction. When I got my sub, it was literally soaking wet because the employee for some reason wrapped my sub in the paper it was prepared on. When I went back and complained, the employee just said "yeah". Not a sorry, not a "what can I do", nothing, just "yeah". It was their mistake! I asked for a refund and was told it could only be given in cash, despite having paid with my debit card. After nearly 10 minutes of walking around and texting while avoiding eye contact with me, the employee somehow managed to call someone and magically give me the money back to my card. She just handed me the refund receipt with a blank stare, I had to ask if I was even good to go. Absolutely miserable attitudes from both the woman with glasses and the woman with teal hair - I've never had customer service so rude and positively uncaring. Go work at Burger King across the room - at least then you can keep your miserable attitude in the grill area instead of facing the public. Employee tried to give me what she wanted but it wasn't what I wanted....the place was filthy..counters not wiped and knife not wiped..but she wanted to lay my sub on the dirty counter..then got an attitude when I asked her to wipe the counter....the counters were nasty and the food wasnt appealing....I took pictures of the counter.....I'm sorry her attitude was nasty from the start...she shouldn't get mad when I tell her I don't want American cheese when I eat my Teriyaki chicken with provolone cheese...she never asked me what cheese did I want....again the floors were dirty counters were were disgusting.....I refuse to eat from that nasty not wiped off knife..and a countet thay hadnt been wiped look like all day...4/15/24 Monday night 8:30 pm Walmart Subway on Walden Ave Cheektiwaga NY....enclosed hopefully is the photo that was taken...I'm still contacting corporate to inform them of that terrible service along with...

Me and my parents went here yesterday to order 2 regular meals and one kids meal. I was on my way of ordering my kids meal to have it customized the way I love my regular meal 24/7 but in the process of me ordering what I would like on my sandwich, I was rudely told that I can't have the ham substituted for tuna because it was a kids meal. The workers kept giving me and my parents a very hard time because they made my sandwich correct but there was way too much avacodo which was overpowering the other flavors from the other toppings and it was barely toasted when I was asked if I liked it for toasted . The workers are very argumentative when asked to remake the sandwich to my liking and trying to give my parents a refund for my meal that I was very dissatisfied with. It took calling both the owners and corporate just to get the refund. Me and my parents won't be coming to this subway anymore regardless how...
