Usually cold during winter and hot during summer, great place to practice and not to far from the thruway. Pretty inexpensive for a room. Never had any problems with other bands or activity around the building. The hours are 11pm to 11pm most times. But just incase get there after noon to make sure it is open. There is a big parking lot that gets full on busy music days. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This building has had tons of bands that have formed or became friends. My band practices here. Access is easy enough. The place is terrifying. The prices are okay. The places have shared climate control which is kind of a disaster if different rooms have different heating/cooling needs. Bathroom is apparently better than it used to be. But, at least there is one. There's a soda can machine there to if you need a beverage.

There's better ways to practice. But, if you're light on space or volume friendly areas....

Rental price for the room is very reasonable, 7 day a week access opening around 1pm during the week until 11pm 7 nights a week, weekends the building opens at 11am. I've seen smaller rehearsal spaces renting for more, so I definitely can not complain about what we have over here in...
