I had them install a back up camera for me and ended up turning into the biggest headache.

When I made the appointment and also when I dropped it off I made it extremely clear that I wanted the wire for the camera ran behind the plastic piece that housed the license plate lights. They put nothing in the computer or work order stating this and their tech drilled a hole right thru the middle of my trunk. They then offer me $100 off to take care of it myself. (Estimates were about $600 to repair correctly). They did end up paying to fix it after weeks of calling them numerous times.

A couple of days later when i picked my girlfriend up the passengers side seat belt didn’t work. They ended up getting the seat belt wedged between the body of the car and b-pillar panel and damaging the belt. Had to be replaced.

They left dirty/greasy marks all over the interior and the way that they ran the wires was not anywhere near a professional quality install. Also broke two clips off of the dash kit for my head-unit.

Finally I’m not sure why but they unplugged my dash camera also.

I know my car is 10 years old, but it is clean and well maintained they treated it like it was a rotted old junker and just seemed to quickly slap together the job.

I had them install upgraded speakers and an amp in my leased 2022 ford bronco. Before they installed it I asked how much it would be to take it back out before I turn my lease in and I was told $125-$150. Stupid me didn’t get it in writing on my receipt. I called last week to get it in before I turned it in and they told me it would be $450. $450 when I already spent $1,700. U must be crazy!!! So my husband and son started to take it out and they cut the lines very short and it has been a nightmare!!! 1/2 way threw we said screw it so now we have to leave everything in it and lost all the money I put into it. Also The drives side speakers only worked for a week and called them and told them and they said it would be $200 to even look at it. So I just left it!! And sometimes it works and sometimes it didn’t!! I will never put an after market sound system in any vehicle EVER!!!! It was a waste...

I wanted a remote start and back-up camera on my 2014 Toyota Camry that didn't have either.

I called ahead to confirm their ability and spoke to a informed and friendly member of staff. Scheduled a drop-off and put a deposit down.

I returned about 5-6 Hours later and was explained how the remote start button/app would work as well as the camera. The remote was (Higher End Remote) $400 (Must have in Buffalo winters!) and the camera which was $300 (Important to have on vehicles).

Other car people mentioned how professional and secure both the camera and remote start were installed.

Just know the camera is a basic camera and does not have parking lines or tire trajectory!

Will be returning if I get any vehicles...
