Some of the docks are tight but if you take your time you can get in to them. The people in the office are great. They go by your appointment time. So if you get there more then an hour early you will be sitting on the side of the road or they will tell you to go sit over at Jim’s truck stop which is only a few miles away. About an hour to load your trailer. Not to bad at all. I load here a lot. When you turn down the street the check in office is down at the end of the building on the right. Don’t try to go in and check in anywhere just when you turn on the street. Follow the dock doors until there are none left on the right side and the door is just past the last dock door. When arriving location is on your right hand. Must turn right on Allied Dr. to access docks and check in. Check in is at the far side of the building. Park on the street and go inside to check in. Loading by appointment only but I was told early arrivals are more than welcomed. Will work you in if you arrive earlier then your appointment doesn’t matter how early. They do charge for late arrivals, late fee, so it’s better to arrive earlier than later. Fast loading, friendly staff, nice personnel. Docks are a bit tight to maneuver. Not really much space in front of you to correctly back in but it’s doable. Busy warehouse throughout the day so depending on the time you arrive dictates how long you’ll be...

Picked up a load here, neutural loading time 2 1/2 hours and I was out of there, had to do a split loading between the two warehouses next doors from one another both Allied's, FYI shipping office is inside the building and this is a cold storage so you've gotta have your cout/jacket unless it's summer or maybe you just enjoy enclosed freezing temps. Other than that This place is decent! I haven't had the need for an overnight parking or to use their restroom or even break room for that matter because in my expectation they were perfect for timing, Jim's Truck Stop just 2.6 miles away for overnights.
