Lived in Chester for 3 years and like one other reviewer said about owning a sports car, that looks "sporty" enough you're going to be harassed. I've gotten harassed for tints 6 times while having a tint permit. Cop told me I will be pulled over 11 more times because there are 17 patrol officers. WOW! Also been pulled over and mistaken for someone else but still given a ticket. they pick and choose when to pull over for tints. they are out just to make money. the Judge will never hear you out or let you even represent yourself. you MUST have an attorney for him to even take you serious. The clerks don't have any forms on hand. they said usually your attorney will handle that. The judge also ignores Affidavits and any paperwork submitted. They got upset because i didn't want to take the lessor charge. Why do I need to pay you money when I am fixing the "issue" with the DMV....

The other reviews about the awful police force are fully understandable after my experience. Coming from a town with a fantastic, honest and hardworking police force, it was a shock to see how downright corrupt the police are here. Instead of doing their job, making sure the roads are safe and pulling over the dangerous drivers, cops here simply lie in wait for unsuspecting drivers making a right off the RT 17N exit, where a small "no turn on red" sign gives the cops legal authority to impose a $200 tax on any otherwise safe drivers that missed the sign and made a right on red. I dont think ive ever been discriminated on up until this point, i work 60 hours a week and barely had time to leave work and make it here for a traffic ticket so i could not change out of my work clothing. I had a small tear on my pant leg and i was automaticly told by the officer outside to wait until everyone else has gone before i could even be in the room.
