I just want to say that Sarah , Charlie and Dia (I'm sorry if I messed up spelling )have completely changed my opinion of your stores! I was a long time customer of the Erie blvd location and it's been a nightmare dealing with them and I was going to go elsewhere to find my ferret supplies and I called Cicero in a last ditch effort and Sara completely won me over ....and when I arrived to pick up my special order I was greeted by Charlie the store manager Dara and dia the pet manager and let me tell you I have never felt so good leaving a country max . They made me feel heard and they made me feel important . Usually i always leave the Erie blvd store in tears of frustration they were always messing up my relatively early orders and I just had problem after problem with them . And I will tell you the pet manager you have at ciceroni's a FAR cry from the one at Erie . She's graceful and sweet and compassionate, which are no attributes of the other manager at Cicero. I'm not here to bash anyone I just want you to know how incredibly hard it is for me to change my mind and Cicero did do just that . You should really put these employees on a pedestal because I spend ALOT of money on ferret products and others as well but mostly ferrets and I was not ever coming back to country max and instead. I will be returning over and over driving and extra 30 minutes and I'm leaving such a happy customer which isn't something I'm used to . I love the countrymax in Oswego. Cicero has very bad customer service. I have ordered a box of cricket multiple times and in a weeks advance. Every time I call to get them they haven’t came in. EVER. I’ve never gotten my box of cricket I ordered. Instead when I get there they give me the crickets they got and put them in a bag. They don’t even count them out right. They are charging me full price when they’re not even giving me all 500 crickets. The one time I called and they said they had my order, I showed up and asked for my order and they said the manager hasn’t even put in the orders yet. It was a whole week. I really like this store......but the last few times I was in there were 3 employees standing behind the counter. I was buying a very expensive light bulb for my tortoise and wanted to make sure it was the right thing. I asked for help but no one could be bothered. One of the men told me" what ever is over there is what we have"...really? you couldn't come look, and help a customer...there was three of you standing there?!I spend no less than 100$ every time I'm in this store...I love the store but the employees need better additutdes...I believe one is a manager..,,to the older guy that runs this store....you need to weed out your employees that don't care and can't be bothered...you are loosing business...I was very turned off by this experience...it's not the first time this...
