The facility is fresh, clean and the staff are superhumans. Seriously this is the most compassionate group of people and they are legitimately happy to be working there. I have been seeing plastic surgeons for botox & filler since 2015. I have been a licensed hairstylist since 2004 and know the safety regulations and all the requirements which are pretty much standard and they exceed them. Mine are a well trained set of eyes for beauty industry. I’ve undergone significant surgeries and I am more than familiar with all things aesthetic. A few years ago, I began noticing rather lengthy periods of time in-between my maintenance appointments due to Covid & staffing issues everywhere. So I tried a local and well-known medi-spa; although that other establishment was okay, I have to say Chapter is better. Chapter participates with Allē which should be more well known. They use real, branded product. If you say you want Botox, you get Botox. If you say you want Juvederm, you are going to get Juvederm. They have a practical and convenient membership which is totally optional. Unless you are a naturally cantankerous type, you will love coming in to Chapter. Additionally, no one is making fun of anyone. Actually, they are making a large pair of shoes for competitors to attempt to fill. The most welcoming environment to walk into! If you are afraid to feel awkward or nervous going to your first appointment at Chapter, DON’T! They are such a welcoming and friendly crew with a beautiful sitting area and coffee/tea bar. I was served coffee while I waited to be called to the patient room. But I did not wait for even 5 minutes! My Nurse Practitioner, Maura was excellent and so very receptive to what I wanted to get done. She recommended the best filler for my lips, she included me throughout the process making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. My lips are stunning! I was shocked by the natural, but incredible difference she had made in 15 minutes! I’m smiling at everyone now without any doubt my lips are looking symmetrical and plump to perfection! Not to mention I was a first time client so at checkout I paid HALF price for my filler. The other day was my very first time ever getting a facial and when I first walked into Chapter Aesthetic Studio my jaw dropped at how beautiful it is there and how friendly the workers were there. Then I met the nice young lady Jenelle that did my facial and I must say I was so relaxed I fell asleep. She was very friendly, professional, and she answered all the questions that my daughter and i askes. It was the greatest experience I ever had and now I know that I am going to continue to go there not only for facials but for many other services like botox and to get a massage etc I am extremely happy with the outcome.
