I went in to pick up my glasses, and the first thing said was, âyour glasses are right here. If you put them on and they are good, then you can leave.â Really? You donât have an optician to see you to make sure everything looks good? Then an older gentleman came over and was very rude to me because I said my vision was all blurry with the new glasses. Iâm sorry it was such an inconvenience that he had to come and help me. I insisted there was something wrong because the glasses gave me an instant headache and nausea. He went and looked at the comparison sheet that i had when I was there 2 years ago and figured out what was wrong with them. The Dr didnât ât make the order for my prescription as I asked her to. Now âIâ have to be inconvenienced and have to go in for a reassessment? I asked them if they could call the doctor and get a verbal to change it to make it right and gave me a hard time. The guy said to the other woman, âYou deal with thisâ and walked away. I am very disappointed at the Customer Service I was provided. When I was initially there for my exam one of the technicians who was doing the telemedicine appointment said she could tell that the refractory doctor was sitting in her bed doing exams. Firstly, when you call them, you have to speak to a robot named Amelia, and you can never get ahold of a live person. Then when you go to get your exam, you talk to someone virtually on a screen who isnât even a doctor who writes your prescription. One time I went to this âperson on the screen,â they said my vision had gotten worse, and then I decided to request a real doctor to examine me, and she said my vision had stayed the same. Yesterday, I went to the store and they spent an hour on the phone trying to find my insurance and then informed me that they could not locate me in their system when nothing had changed. They informed me that they could not provide me any service, so I called a new doctorâs office this morning who was able to locate my insurance in five minutes and schedule an appt for me.    Read moreI visited a few days ago for broken glasses repair. While there, I scheduled an eye exam for later in the week.
When I arrived at my appointment, it was pretty busy. But as I checked in, the staff quickly got me in for an exam. âFinnâ led me thru a variety of test, including a retinal exam that DID NOT include dilation. Once test were completed, I was turned over to âChrisâ.
I would be hard pressed to find a more personable, competent eye professional. She asked questions about my vision, listened to me as I spoke and quickly tested my eyes. Once completed, she explained her findings as well as my options.
âMichelle â helped me thru the ordering process, spending the time to explain each option as well as the cost. In the end I was able to select the glasses I wanted without any upsell. In other words, I got the glasses I needed, at a price I was comfortable with.
