OK so we went to T-Mobile about a week ago to change our phones over from spectrum service. However, we had just gotten new phones on the spectrum service probably about 67 days prior because I was at a family members plan then we had a fallen out so long story short, we went to T-Mobile to get our phones, the big white guy I’m assuming he’s the manager his name is Nick he is the worst if it was up to me he would’ve been fired. If if I had another choice he wouldn’t be allowed back at any other T-Mobile store so you know when you change iPhones, it sends a pin to your old iPhone and then you gotta enter that old pin into your new iPhone in order for your iPhone to activate , wow he told us to leave because it was gonna take a few hours so we leave you don’t think because we only live two minutes away from the T-Mobile store on route 11 so we leave we bring our eight month old son son home I go back to the store I pick my phone up and it’s asking for a code and he’s like oh wait your phones right here I got it And I typed the code in and it worked for my phone so then I specifically ask him in my friend was standing there as witness is everything OK with my wife’s phone we don’t have to do this cold thing we don’t have to do anything he said nope it’s all taken care of now. Granted, I understand that it was the end of the night and I’m sure he wanted to leave it was Friday I’m sure he had other better things to do than to set a phone up for me but however, he didn’t do the code thing , he already took the eSIM out of her brand new old phone so she cannot get a passcode and because she switched phones within 10 days Apple locked her out for I’ll say about six days she couldn’t do anything but receive calls and text and I called down there numerous times for him to help me and he wouldn’t admit that he messed up that’s all I wanted him to do was just say you know what dude I was Russian and I messed up I apologize I could throw in a case or screen protector or I can prorate your bill or something but he did it. Jaylin did not speak bad of the competition after we said that we are also looking at our old Metro Pcs carrier that we had at the time for deals as well, which was not the case at Metro Pcs. when we said we are looking at T-Mobile. Every question we had, even when it was the same question we asked earlier was still answered with professionalism and in a very calm confident manner. My significant other and I could not be happier with our phones and are paying more than our other plan but what a difference in quality. I have never seen screen savers put on the screen so perfect than the way he did ours. I am very picky and he did not have any air bubbles that I could find and they were perfectly aligned. "It's the little things that matter too" We both called back to the store when she had problems. She had problems understanding her voicemail set up, Solved on the phone by Nathan ! If she is Happy, Now I am happy ! I could not get my Facebook to log in properly and Nathan said are you close by ? I said 5 min. Away. Nathan said stop in I will give a shot, I think I can help you. I had been going Crazy for 3 days and even had Facebook try to fix the problem. I was there 10 min and at first he had the same problems. Jaylen ,I was having a horrible day with getting my brand new Iphone 12, Jaylen walked me through fixing that and also helping me with linking my 1 year old Mac which I had no idea how or what to do to even use. Now with his awesomeness help I can use all together and he also helped me on how to set up my 3 account passwords which was bad. I had him help me with my FONTS also which now I can see.. Personal experience he was OUTSTANDING with this old time user. Thank you So much he needs HUGE kudos or something.
Brendan, my first person met at this location, He was very nice but stressed and needed help. I feel he cared with my issues but being way busy with no staffing is not his fault it is YOU. I am so lucky he took the time to spend and hand me over so quickly to my new favorite GUY Jaylen Great customer service at this location.
