READ BOTTOM FOR UPDATE AS WELL - DONT BOTHER BUYING HIT PARADE !!!!!! Unfortunatly dealing with an issue. I noticed there was a Hit Parade section for Jerseys on Dave and Adams website. I thought this was a great idea. Chances to win awesome jerseys. The product launched DEC 6 2020.
UnfortunatIy, I received a Canadians jersey signed from Max Domi who was traded 2.5 months before the launch of this product to another team Columbus. My issue is not the Max Domi the player.
My issue is I was sent an active player's jersey that no longer plays for that team. If the palyer was retired I would totaly understand, if they were traded after the release date as well, but to send a signed jersey that the player was traded months earlier of the previous team is not right. There is no value in this jersey at all with either fan base. I called in 3 seperate times and was told someone from the HIt Parade department would reach out. I never heard back from them. I emailed to the company customer service email 3 seperate times and did not receive a response.
As I never opened the bag with the jersey I was hoping to send it back for a return and get sent another jersey. I am not looking for money back just a jersey that represents the players team they are activly playing for or if retired no problem on whatever jersey. I just nthink it's unreasonable to think anyone would want this jersey.
Hope they right this issue but so far not going so well. UPDATE - As the owner has stated at the bottom they did contact me, through email to deny the return. I gave you guys a chance to rectify the situation.
SO THANKS FOR THE OLD OVERSTOCK JERSEY YOU COULD NOT SELL ON THE FLOOR AND DUMPED INTO THE SUPRISE NOTHIT PARADE BOX!
BEWARE YOU MAY GET DAVE AND ADAMS OLD UNSELLABLE PRODUCT FOR $300. MUCH APPRECIATED!
Hello DACW,,
This is my 3rd time sending an email. I have also spoken to customer service 3 times as well. I was told the hit parade department rep would reach back out to me regarding a return on a jersey return.
I have yet to receive a response and would like to have this issue resolved. I am a very honest person and do not like to send angry emails as it does nothing for you or me. Please respond back to my original email pasted below. I would really like to have this issue dealt with asap.
Thank you.for your time.

Hello DACW,
I recently noticed you have Hit Parade for jerseys and thought this was an awesome idea. I processed an order yesterday and had delivery today. Great service.
The product says it launched on Dec 5th as per the details on the Release Date: December 5th, 2020
ORDER # 3-------- I was shipped box #53/100. I was unfortunately disappointed to see that the jersey I got was Max Domi ( Canadians Jersey ). The reason for the disappointment was he was traded in October to Columbus, before the launch date of this product. So I received an active players jersey from the team he does not play for anymore. I have ordered another jersey but have this one unopened in the bag. I was looking to return the jersey. I am even open to receiving another box. It's not the money I am looking to get back. I just feel there was no indication the jersey of an active player could be from a team they are not currently playing for. If it was a retired player I would totally understand, but active seems like that should not be the case.
Please let me know what can be done. The bag inside the box is unopened and I hope to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time.
DAVE AND ADAMS EMAIL RESPONSE Curtis,
Thank you for reaching out, after speaking with Hit Parade about the jersey we unfortunately cannot accept the return. Due to the jersey being officially licensed and having no blemishes it does not qualify to be returned. Once again thank you for reaching out to us and if you have any other questions please feel free to email or call.

Read moreI'd like to start off by saying the young guys working the counter are amazing and have ALWAYS been amazing. There's also another manager (bald guy) who has always been pleasant and had great conversations with, and helpful. These guys are always very sweet, always willing to help with questions, super polite. These 3 stars are for them. I wish their manager Craig would take some lessons from them. He's an extremely arrogant and rude man who should take some lessons on great costumer service from his staff. I used the tapping method to pay for a couple presents, and apparently crashed the system. Although it wasn't my fault, I did apologize to the young man who assured me it was no problem and not my fault, but he did need to consult with a manager after I checked my account and saw the purchase as "hold", which was completely fine. Then the issue came when CRAIG came. He assured me the purchase didn't go through, but also didn't show me the purchase didn't go through, and with how tight money is, it was still very unsettling. I simply asked him if he could write his name and number down in the event the purchase did go through, which I personally feel would be a common thing for a manager to JUST DO, but I had to beg him, then he just kept rudely saying "I don't know how this is gonna help, I don't know how this is gonna help," but after explaining about 5 times and asking my husband if I was being unreasonable, which he said absolutely not, Craig finally huffed and puffed a but more and put something in writing. I know I wasn't spending thousands of dollars, but $200 is a lot of money, and to make me feel the way that i felt after being a paying customer for a couple years now WHO DRIVES FROM ROCHESTER, just completely makes me hate this place. We ended up finding a much smaller store with the same product I needed to purchase for $30 LESS, AND they actually had pokemon 151 packs and the expansion pack was $100 less there than D&A. So, thanks Craig for making me feel horrible, because I ended up making out much better at this store than D&A. I...
Read moreOn February 17th, 2021 my friend went to Dave & Adam's on Sheridan Dr. around 4pm. He called me upon leaving to tell me they had an autographed picture of Michael Jordan and Wayne Gretzky. And told me the price was $5,000. We both said that's not a bad price and I would call to see if we could get a deal done since I live in Batavia, NY and it was getting towards store closing time and I wouldn't make it in time.
I called the store at 5:40 pm and asked if they had the same picture and what the price was to verify. I was placed on hold for approximately 9 minutes before someone got back on the phone and said that the price of the picture was $8,000. There was no reason given for the price increase of $3,000 other than Wednesdays is when they change their prices even though this same picture has been for sale in the store since approximately October for the $5,000 price but when I call for a price I already knew to try to complete a purchase they try to gauge the price with no justification and put me on hold just so they could raise their price.
Both the "manager" & general manager stated that they get emails daily from someone they would not disclose to raise prices on certain items but they would not provide such documentation showing that and I believe they were trying to take advantage of someone. This is not the first time I have heard of them doing this as another person I know tried purchasing a card in store and was told by a worker multiple times what the price would be and he said he would purchase the card but when he went to check out they would not sell the card due to them valuing the card higher and wanted to continue their price gouging practices. I understand changes in prices to reflect the current market but when you clearly have prices listed and when people attempt to purchase the product at that price but then you refuse to sell it and want more for it, I feel they are taking advantage of customers and I'm sure I'm not the only...
