I cross over from Canada to give Ryan my business, even if it is just half a dozen watch battery swaps at a time. I have over 250 watches in my collection, so suffice to say over the last number of years I've been there literally dozens and dozens of times. There is a good reason for that, that makes it worth crossing the border for, and that's the impeccable,friendly service I get from Ryan. He makes it worth the trip. Very friendly, and over the years we've gone from owner/customer, to a guy I feel more like a friend to. We discuss movies, etc. whenever I stop by with 5 or 6 watches I need batteries for, and is always friendly, great service. Highly recommended. Not just for the great price ( a watch battery swapout at the bay will run you $16cdn, and I can get 4 watches done by Ryan for that price, making it a no-brainer). Even at a similar price, I'd still go for the service and friendliness to Buffalo 🦬. Judge for yourself, but you'll find out soon that I speak the truth. Extremely pleasant encounter after visiting a couple very rude jewelers just trying to reach their sales goal. I was treated with kindness and the salesman showed me many different selections of rings and even found my husband one he liked. I got my ring resized and we both got a great deal. He was very friendly and cared about his customers. I was excited to have my ring on and he resized it in two days and called me to let me know it was ready because he knew I was so thrilled to wear it after losing my old wedding ring. I came back again and worked with Ryan, who has been incredible. He’s extremely honest, which is reassuring when you don’t know much about jewelry, and he always puts his customers first. His jewelry pieces are held to a very high standard, and he’s a genuinely great guy. I highly recommend Ross and Sons for any jewelry needs or repairs. I won’t be going anywhere else.
