Buyer Beware. When a store has a "no return, ever" policy either their merchandise is really good.... or they know that it's really bad and don't want to deal with the return of broken items! I was pleasantly surprised that they were pet friendly and very thankful for that as my little guy couldn't be left alone in our hotel. I ended up purchasing a couple of items.
