Honestly I feel bad about giving an independent book seller a poor rating because it is a dying industry that needs support. That being said I was disappointed with my experience because of a very specific reason. They have mystery book shelf (books wrapped in paper so you don't know what they are, with descriptive tags to entice the reader). The shelf has a sign that says 20% off of these books. So far so good. I love the idea because many times the best books are gifted and things you wouldn't find on your own. The book was marked $20 and on my receipt (texted to me, unseen before leaving the store) it says I paid $20. To make matters worse the price marked directly on the book is $17. So not only did I not get 20% off but I in fact paid more than I would anywhere else for a mystery book.
