We walk in to get ice cream and as we ordered one cone we look over and seen a roach sitting on the counter where the ice cream is. We didn’t know what to do in this situation because we already had the ice cream. And she definitely seen us look at it and she being a business owner in there everyday all day definitely knows she has roaches. We decided we should called her to let her know we seen it and tell her we didn’t touch the ice cream actually threw it away she didn’t seem concerned at all and said “I guess I’ll buy some spray”. It looked good from the outside but I was disappointed inside. Due to a dietary restriction, I decided to buy ice cream at this location based on what was listed on a board outside of the establishment. After waiting in line and then ordering, I was told they didn't have what they had advertised as available out front. When I mentioned it was listed on the board outside, I was told "oh that's really old and never gets updated". Time to spend a few minutes updating the outside menu before making someone wait in line...

Just not the same. We have been going here for as long as we can remember, years and years, and since the change of ownership recently it seems the number of flavor options, and especially the portion sizes have decreased. Waffle cone was filled slightly more than the top of the cone, for $6-7, or $3 for half a small bowl's worth. We know how busy it can get during the summers but when you're the only ones in line I'd expect better service...
