I purchased one of their gemstone bracelets, it was expensive but I really liked it. A year later I noticed a large space between the gems. Either the wire stretched or the stones broke and came off. I went back to the store to see if I could have it restrung and fixed. I was told they don't do repairs on the bracelet and I would have to buy a new one, which I refused to do so. Love, love, love this store! My favorite shop of all stores visited while traveling by boat on The Great Loop. Adorable and well made products, charming store, professional staff, and excellent customer service both in store and online when purchasing more items from afar. I literally came to the store 4 times while in town to purchase more items for myself and perfect gifts!
