I must say before this store had gotten a new manager whoās is Marissa I wouldāve never gone back after all the problemās Iāve had prior to Marissa being there. The manger before and assistant manager were completely rude couldnāt get my rings corrected ruined all my engagement rings that after 6-7 months of aggravation I was not happy at all. Then I spoken with the district manager Lisa whoās also a doll helped me⦠made everything right and then introduced me to the most wonderful new manager Marissa. Marissa is very hard working and I am always shopping there now lol I can hear Marissa now saying no thatās not you it doesnāt suit u her honesty is amazing she saves me from making bad decisions and I love that about her. I may give her a headache when it comes to ring sizing lol because I hate when my rings swing around all the time so I have to have them size it down so it doesnāt drive me nuts. Marissa always tells me to use the ring guards lol if u was to ask her what I thought about those guards lol she would most definitely laugh at me because Iām always saying eww those things are ugly on a beautiful ring lol. She always looks out for her customers she doesnāt talk down on you sheās a pleasure to be around like a breath of fresh air. Then there is candy sheās also very helpful I wanted a ring that I already have itās the Carella, Deville, black and white wedding band white gold however this ring is an old style and she searched to see if any other Zales had it and luckily for me 2 stores in texas had it. Candy called to confirm it was in the store after that candy and I like Marissa always tells me to think about it before buying it so I agreed with her. After a week I had Marissa see if the ring was still available one store didnāt have it as the other one did thank god she called and Had the store shipped it to her store and when I got it we sized it down but wasnāt small or big enough room to complete my engagement and wedding set. So beautiful. I also love Leslie sheās also amazing helps with figuring out which rings will be better together and the works she is awesome. Wouldnāt stay with this company had Lisa didnāt hire Marissa and Marissa with candy and Leslie. I even go to see them even if Iām not shopping lol so either way theyāre all stuck with me now š¤£š¤£ and Iām glad Iām stuck with them all 3 are the best and need a raise for sure. I waited almost a month to get it back and it came back with scratches all over it, prongs that didnāt need to be messed with were messed with and the prongs were bulging out off the ring and the prong I went there for in the first place was never even fixed!! I was very upset, they sent it back out with instructions of exactly what I wanted to fix on my ring, all the scratches buffed out, The prong that never got fixed to be fixed, etc. A month later came back in. I will say that they did clean up the ring very nicely, but then again the prong that was broken never got fixed. So at this point Iām super frustrated, My fiancĆ© is frustrated, The manager ended up being at the store on that day, so she told us that she would send it to her home office because they do more āintricateāwork and have this taken care of. So we were like okay I guess, we just want it fixed. So I got my ring back today and the prong that was broken that we went there to get fixed in The first time was STILL NOT FIXED!!!! and this time we waited two months to get my ring back. So We waited a total of FOUR MONTHS for my ring to still not be fixed!!!!!!!! I married my beautiful wife in the middle of May and have been able to wear my wedding band for one week before it broke. I was told by the sales clerk that one concern with tungsten rings is that do to their durability I would to have my finger cut open if it ever needed removed in an emergency. I was not overly concerned with the ring breaking at the time, things happen and I had purchased the warranty. The problem is that it seems to be worthless at this point. We have been given a 2-3 week time frame in every occasion and waited patiently, on the last visit we were told 8/14 as a definitive deadline. I called 8/12 to make sure everything had worked and was promised the ring today. One day late after another 2 week wait, not a huge concern. Once again this has proven to be pushed off or forgotten and we are again being told it will be another week but will be taken care of by Friday 8/22.
