I went in Jan 2, 21 to check out the sales after Christmas. Found two great tops at 60% off of already marked down prices. That all was great! The woman helping at the dressing room was attentive and polite. The woman at the cash register, Melissa, was not as courteous. She was not listening to me as I expressed I didn't have or want a store account. She then asked if I wanted a bag, and I replied no. After the transaction was complete, she went to hand me a bag. I was so upset after almost giving up hope for finding an outfit for my baby shower. Then I decided to go into Express on a whim and Melissa went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable in something. I was SO happy to hear that their dressing rooms were open considering I don’t know what anything will look like on me while 8 months pregnant. Melissa picked out some amazing outfits for me that really put me out of my comfort zone and made me feel gorgeous. I had a great experience shopping here. A sweet beautiful gorgeous associate named Sophia came over to me and ask if I needed help finding anything. She explained the sales that are going on and laid out everything in great details. Sophia was very friendly and courteous. She showed so much care for what I needed to find and be satisfied of anything that I buy.
