Went to look for a fitted hat. Dashawn was an incredible help. He was able to tell my size perfectly at a glance. I ended up getting some custom embroidery and signing up for the access pass for future embroidery. I plan on using it often because I plan on going back to wherever this classy gentleman works. He made me feel like a valued customer. This guy knows his craft and gives exceptional customer service. It was no shock to me to find multiple reviews calling him out by name.
