"Stepping away from the usual plate-side perspective, let's talk about the very bedrock of culinary excellence in the 518 – the exceptional Market Bistro by Price Chopper in Latham. Forget just groceries; this is a sprawling emporium, a meticulously organized universe of ingredients that fuels countless kitchens and, yes, even my own work behind the scenes. This isn't just a store; it's an experience, seamlessly blending everyday needs with delightful perks like a full-fledged Starbucks and a bustling Market Cafe, home to a tempting array of mini-eateries. While you can't exactly put a price tag on the sheer scale and convenience of Market Bistro, its value to the community is undeniable. Roaming its vast aisles, you understand the logistical marvel it represents. And speaking of marvels, a huge shoutout to the tireless staff, especially the often-unsung heroes of the overnight shift, who work diligently to ensure everything is stocked and ready. From my behind-the-camera vantage point, Market Bistro isn't just a place to shop; it's a vital hub, and in my book, it earns a resounding 10/10. If you're in the Latham area, do yourself a favor and explore this phenomenal store – you won't be...

The only other time I come here is to get doughnuts or bagels, because after 6pm they are $2 a dozen!!! Makes it worth it for that because normally the doughnuts are...

Marshall's: typical types of stock. Furniture section was smaller than expected. Lots of unpriced goods and sales folk were friendly if a lil pushy for buying certain big ticketed items. But over...
