Latham Farms — Local services in Town of Colonie

The store manager Juan is amazing and store is always kept well usually but working wise the things I've seen happening while I shop there and used to work there is disgusting. Juan is the store manager but it seems as if their AP runs the store more than he is allowed to. Lying accusing people of stealing money just to get rid of them and it's mainly those who are African American their doing it to. I saw one girl who is always working hard and always kind doing her job and found out she was fired for stealing when I personally asked for her since she's the only line I'll go to and they said she was fired for being a theft which I find hard to believe and than they were bad mouthing her. The store would be 100% better if they got rid of the two in charge of their AP since they clearly have personal issues with some of the staff and try to make them lose everything by accusing them of stealing money. If your African American and they make you be a cashier, don't do it because if they don't like you than their two AP people will fire you claiming you stole money and I'm shocked there hasn't been lawsuits against these two personally but than again maybe their forcing people to sign things so they can't but honestly I wish they were fired and never to be able to work like there doing to some of these amazing hard workers that some are abused and threatening and seems no one does anything about it. I no longer shop here nor support those type of people that clearly don't belong working at this place. If you wonder why so many people are getting fired it's most likely their being accused of stealing money and it seems it's a new trick their doing to get rid of a lot of people and it's honestly sickening and now Troy is doing it as well. Walmart's last night it was very upsetting there was a lady that worked and customer service came all the way out of customer service kick me into disabled people out of the line made me go into a easy skin line and the guy in the woman and the guy we're disabled in the easy scan line she was mad he was mad he was trying to call his wife don't I was angry like The Incredible Hulk the lady that work in customer service kicked us out of line and then went back over there to open up the lighting again saying that she was shutting down I was so angry I can't wait to try to call customer service and see who's in charge to make sure it never happens again I can't believe she kicked disabled people out of the line she's short she has glasses she has a little tiny Mohawk she's chubby she's Wear Yellow coat is very upsetting I can't believe they have people like that working there it should be a crime that hurt my feelings I quit smoking and everything I was almost like the hall I was angry I had a lot of groceries there disabled people can you kick him out of the line told him that you were closing down to two ladies and then later on not leaving 2 minutes later open up the lane again that is so wrong Walmart's you got to get it together that's my fear of Walmart's you making it give it a bad name don't let that happen again keep that lady had customer service don't bring around the corner plus when people need help she walked away and satin customer service. Went to fantastic Sam's in the lathem farms and had the worst experience of all time. I came in and saw it was busy and was informed it would be roughly 40 min wait I decided to wait it out which was completely my choice had I known that 1 of the 3 stylist they had was doing a foil and color I wouldn't have waited. Sat there for an hour with no service and then had someone who came in only 20 mins before go up next while I had been sitting there for an hour. So I politey asked the reception person why he got taken before us and she said she didn't realize it when she told him to go. The other lady was finishing but she still had at least another 15 mins to go and it was me and my daughter getting our hair done. She is only 5 and is special needs so sitting for an hour just waiting for a hair cut was not a easy experience. She already was nervous to get her hair cut so the wait only made it worse. I don't blame the staff they can't control how busy they are and I can't honestly say if the color person had an appointment or not but regardless to sit there for an hour on a Thursday night seems a bit extreme to me. Can't say this is a salon I would go back to seeing as this is not the first time I've been told there would be a long wait except the last time I didn't wait around. But I thought I would try again but after tonight's experience I will not be...
