Awesome experience. Shay went the extra mile. I had difficulty finding a part for my stove. I called many appliance stores to no avail. I was referred to Tribble's, Inc. Located in Colonie NY. I called and spoke with Shay. She went the extra mile and found the part I was looking for. Turns out the part/part number that I needed was discontinued. She did a some investigating and some how found another part number associated with the part I needed. Thank you so much for finding the part for my stove. Joe was also a big help. Right off he spent the time and asked the right questions to make sure the part we thought we needed was the right part. Then he made sure we knew how to remove the old part and replace the new one correctly.
