The store was nice. Everything was great until we got to the cashier… it’s was apparent that she did not want to be there. As we approached we say hi with a smile and she ‘grunts’ only to respond with “wanna bag”. Yes, yes we do. She refuses to make eye contact and keeps making noises that are obliviously just sounds of announcing. At the end, she ask about a reward card and bc we are new the answer is no. We wait for her to explain, but nothing comes and still won’t make eye contact. We still say thank you and no response was given from the cashier lady with the orange hair. Next thing I see on our way out was that we spent 70$ for just a few items, not to mention not name brand. Too frustrating to go back in. I’m sure we just got someone who was having a bad day but this will also now send us elsewhere when we need more supplies. The store was clean and organized so that was the only plus.

woman at deli cleaning a rotissery made a remark about its a shame that nobody was at the seafood counter when i asked for help and refused to help me so i went to the service desk and they just sat there out of the service center watching the cashiers do their jobs while they did absolutely nothing, service desks 2 women refused to help me and would not go check if they had something in stock in the back cooler unit even though they were literally standing around doing nothing not even in their booths with the store having maybe only 5 people shopping at the time. would not even call someone to help me go look to see if they had the item in stock. this seems to happen in that same tops every year for the past 7 years to me and my other friends when we know they have the item in the back cooler and always have had to ask them to get it out of the cooler because they are such...

I moved here fron Calif. in 1974 witha wife and 5 kids. I have grocery shopped here most of the time. The last few years and especially now I have been very disappointed with your store. I went from a huge grocery bill to a very modest one now because all my kids moved away and my wife died. I find your help is good but your quality of goods is comprable to Walmart. Your produce is so bad, I like radishes and have found many times the packages have radishes that have turned grey instead of shiny white. I bought a bag of apples and 3 of them were rotten in the center. What really irritates me is that I can't take advantage of your specials like buy one and get the next one free. Why do you discriminate against seniors. When the kids come home with all their kids we drive out of town to Wegman's, is that what you...
