Pretty gross and not well maintained! Worst part was that there was mold on the baseboard underneath the mini-split. Obviously it has been like this for a while based on the water staining on the wall and the condition of the baseboard. One of the bathroom sinks barely drained and the toilet seat was only attached at a single post. Walk around in white socks and be prepared for them to turn black. The bedrooms don't have any dressers or anything besides a few hangers for clothing. The place was what I expected. It was clean and nicely stocked with kitchen utensils dishes glasses etc. No major issues, but a few small ones. There was no top shelf in the fridge, the downstairs shower had very low pressure but the upstairs ones were fine, there was a gap between the carpet in one bedroom and tile in the adjoining bathroom so it was easy to step on the tack strip...
