I was really excited that there was a gluten free sub option available since there are very few places I can eat. My first attempt to order included my being hung up on (I am sure accidentally) and the phone ringing at least 12 times when I tried back. My second attempt involved getting the catering answering machine and having to call the service desk to get put through to get put on hold long enough that I hung up frustrated. My third attempt I was in the store. I placed my order and the staff person informed me that they were out of gf rolls. I left annoyed and deciding that was it. But a few days later I found myself back in the store and tried one more time. I finally got one! And it was amazing. The sub tasted great. So today I decided to get another one. I tried to use the ToGo app but couldn't find gluten free for the sub roll options. So I called to order my sub. While on the phone I asked if it was possible to order GF on the app. They told me no. So I asked if I could park in the curbside parking. I was told only the people who order through the app can use that service. So while I loved the subs, Wegmans gets 1 star for the terrible customer service...
