Great Service!!

Very good guys down there. Jason in the service dept. is an honest guy!! They'll get you taken care of, without taking you for a ride. (pun intended!) If you need ANY service done on your bike or ATV; take it here!

I've been to Conklin Cycle, SSR, and Southern Tier H&D. These guys are the best!

They really helped me out of a jam and could've stuck it to me, but they didn't.

The owner was there hanging out (in the show room on a Saturday) and we had a really nice chat while I was waiting for my inspection about the different types of bikes in the showroom, my riding style, what type of surfaces I like to ride. Asked me some great questions, and had some good info without feeling pressured.

You definitely have a customer for life after today guys....looking forward to my next purchase...

Took an old 2007 Honda quad there to test their service department.. I acted like a newbie.. basically they ripped me off.. lol I did it to see how they treat the customer before I spent 30k on a new machine.. They literally said the oil was fine and didn't need to be changed.. but the 4 year old chain needed replacement. The oil was 4 years old.. it was black foam.. I asked them to fix the back brake.. they did not.. but said the did. They did fix the electric start button.. ..so ill give them that.. but the oil part just indicated I shouldn't trust them as a place to buy a new toy. Changing oil is the most basic of things.. and they didn't do it.. after showing my kid do it.. it was fun to watch my kid do it after one lesson.. no more black foam.. or desire to buy a Honda talon...

As I peered out my window, mesmerized by the fluffy white stuff appearing to float ever so gently as not to harm the ground… I began longing for ride. A full drain of the charge. Appearing as a silent snow blower. Clearing the walks of the Bing… sigh.

But my tire has gone flat. And my MTB tools are not the proper tools. Hmmm… Binghamton Honda? Maybe.
