I clearly got the crap end when coming here, I seen over 60 different 5 star reviews. I went in to get my iPhone charger port cleaned/replaced. Within minutes the guy said he had to order the port and to come back Monday (it was a Thursday) Monday rolls around and the part never came, I called back a week later and the part still wasn’t there. A few days after they called me back and said it did come in, I brought my phone in an 2 hours later called to ask how things were going, something seemed sketchy so we drove back to get the phone, upon pulling in we see a man running across the street into the store. This same man was instantly working on my phone. Both the workers had different stories (one said the new parts wires were broken and the other said the part never came) needless to say, the guy cleaned my charger port. Yes the phone works now, but why didn’t they do it right the first time I was there instead of messing around and dragging everything out. Totally horrible experience, called on sat with a broken iPhone screen. Was told we don't have the screen in stock but we will order it. It will be in on Monday. Monday comes I call nope still in order. Tuesday comes call them, we should have it by noon or 1 pm. Drop the phone off to them. Call again parts never came in. Now it's Wednesday, call at 1030 11 o'clock still no part and they can not find the phone . Guy had to call his coworker who wasn't at work. Calls me back oh the part was never ordered because I did not pay a deposit. Not once did anyone ask me for a deposit or I would have gladly paid . So at this point I left work on Wed at 2pm and got my phone . Called 607 tech solutions, yeah we can fix and we stock the parts , ran it over there 30 minutes later my phone was fixed , paid the bill and everything is fine. DO NOT GO TO THIS...

Hi-Tech is new to the Hillcrest area and based on the service I rec'd today from Amr, they are a welcome addition to the neighborhood! Amr waited on me immediately and was able to complete my request within 15 minutes. No hard sales, reasonable prices, extended hours, easy parking, and EXCEPTIONAL customer service prompted me to write this review.
